Reformation Day Faire

I have bought the pattern for the costume I am going to wear to the Reformation Day Fair!  I am so excited!  I can't wait to get started!  But of course, we have to wait till after school and chores are done.  It is more medieval the Renaissance, but I really like it.  Today we bought crushed red velvet for the dress, and some gold satin for the contrast.  I was going to do it in green or purple, and make it look like a LOTR dress, but after seeing their combination, I don't think I would have been satisfied with anything else!  I can't wait to get started, and will keep you posted.

  1. I had that exact same idea, Joanna!! But then I decided to go with the outfit that my Mom and sister were doing, just to make it easier on us. I can't wait to see it on you and you will have to tell me how easy it was to make!!

Can't wait to see you there!!!
