Oooh, how fun! I just *love* finding new things as well! (And I bet garage sales and thrift shops are great places to find old books too.) Yesterday I got a purse, a pair of shoes, and a hat and glove set all for $2.50 at a garage sale! =) Good finds/buys are so much fun! Blessings, ~Annie~
Fabric Savvy is a good reference, but it's hard to just read through. It's a great companion book. I checked it, and Fabric Savvy 2, out from the library a few months ago :)
