Recent Beading Projects

Hello!  We just had our first large snowfall last night, it is so exciting.  Ok, here are some pictures of the jewelry I have been making recently, I hope you enjoy!

Here is a bracelet I made with crystals some spacers and larger shell beads.

Here are the matching earrings, sorry about the lighting.

The idea for this necklace I got from a book.  It is mostly glass beads.

These earrings are made with wood beads, and are the same length, even though they don't look like it in the picture.

This is a bracelet I made a long time ago for my friends birthday.

Here are some earrings that I was just playing with.   They were supposed to look like snow flakes, but I got varied responses from my family.  What do you all think?

Photos

Ok, Blogger is being REALLY goofy and won't put my text or pictures where I want it, so, I guess I'll put them all here, and you'll have to guess what picture they go to! :-)   Ok, most of these, I just felt like playing with my camera, but The other ones are things like my finished painting, and our huge leaf pile.  I also included a picture of where my Mom hung my painting, where everyone can see it. *cringes*   Also, there is the picture I took of our first snow, and a picture of us at the pool, trying to look like we disappeared.  Yeah... Ok, I know, I'm weird.  That is all for now!

Long time no see...

Yes, I know, where on earth have I been?!!  Well, at home doing school.  I took a picture of our first snow a week and a half ago, and it turned out pretty nice, but I was to busy to post about it.  So I'll post it later.
I have not posted yet about the Reformation Day Faire because I haven't finished my brothers costumes yet.  They are coming along great.
I would post about the election too, but as Jesi said, there isn't much to say.  President Elect Obama has accepted the position.  One humorous thing that did come over the internet to me was the fact that gun sales went up drastically the day after the election.  Everyone is buying their guns when they can.  They are afraid Obama will make guns illegal, and he would if he could, but since that isn't possible at present, when he becomes president, he is just going to put a 500 percent tax on ammunition.  This is going to be a very big bummer for all those hunters who voted for him.  Well, I guess all we can do now is pray.
